San Diego Private Schools is operated by PixelWorks Corporation (“PixelWorks,” “we,” “us”) as part of its network of local directory websites. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents.

In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information from visitors:

Inquiries you submit are disclosed to the specific business you chose to contact — that is the purpose of the form. Service providers that host and operate the site process information only on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the preceding 12 months. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no need for a “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out on this site.

• Right to know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — as noted above, we do not sell or share personal information.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your request using the information you provide (for example, by matching the email address you submitted with an inquiry) and respond within the timeframe required by law. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require proof of the agent’s authorization.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, inquiry details are retained so the business you contacted can respond and so we can support that exchange — and then delete or de-identify it.
